PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED CLASS PACKAGES/SERIES OR MEMBERSHIP PERIODS.

UNUSED CLASSES PURCHASED AS PART OF A CLASS PACKAGE/SERIES ARE TRANSFERABLE IN WORK’S SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.

ALL MEMBERSHIPS ARE CREATED AS RECURRING PURCHASES, AND NOT SCHEDULED TO CEASE UNTIL AND UNLESS EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT IS PROVIDED BY CLIENT TO THE STUDIO. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DELIVERED VIA EMAIL TO THE APPROPRIATE STUDIO WHERE ACCOUNT IS HELD (IRVINE@WEWORKFORIT.COM OR MERIDIAN@WEWORKFORIT.COM) AT LEAST 2 WEEKS (14 DAYS) PRIOR TO THE NEXT OCCURRING MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT. FAILURE TO DELIVER WRITTEN REQUEST WITHOUT SUFFICIENT NOTICE WILL RESULT IN THE REQUEST BEING FULFILLED ON THE SUBSEQUENT BILLING PERIOD.

By placing your order for WORK’s services or products, you accept and are bound to WORK’s Purchase Policy, WORK’s Studio Rules located at www.weworkforit.com/studio-rules, Terms of Use located at www.weworkforit.com/terms-and-conditions, and Privacy Policy located at www.weworkforit.com/privacy-policy as they may be updated from time to time, and any other studio rules or policies that may be posted at the WORK studios or on the WORK website at www.weworkforit.com.
