You get an entire month (30 days) of unlimited training (1 session per day). You’ll have full access to our entire facility including towel service, locker rooms (with showers), lounge, retail shop and more. You’ll be welcomed to our community with open arms and treated like a regular from day 1!

No commitment! We know that choosing a place to WORKout can be a challenging process. That’s why we’re offering you an entire month with no strings attached. Of course, we would love to train with you for years, and we believe that after a month you’ll love WORK so much that you’ll want to join on one of our regular memberships. But we know we have to earn your business first :)

WORK offers a proprietary MST (Metabolic Strength Training) style that is designed to get you results fast! We alternate each day based on muscle group and intensity (e.g. Lower body strength, cardio, upper body, etc.). If you’re just getting started, we recommend coming 3x a week to set your foundation. However, if you’re already training a lot and simply looking for a new home, most members train 5 days a week safely at WORK.

WORK is one of the largest private group facilities in Orange County. Our training room alone is over 4,000sf (most studios are only 1,800-2,200). This gives us lots of room to play and perform dynamic, functional movements along with traditional strength training. We have full-scale locker rooms with showers and changing areas, along with a community lounge, water refilling stations, towel service and more!
